Shipping

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• Australia/New Zealand:
  Orders are shipped via Australia Post or UPS. Please allow 2–10 business days for delivery.

• International Shipping:
  Orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7–21 business days.
  Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

• Local Pickup:
  Free local pickup is available from Perth, WA. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to be collected.

• Packaging:
  All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Prints are shipped flat.

Note: Processing times may be extended during peak periods or for custom items. If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of handmade and original artwork, all sales are final. Please choose carefully.

However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order:

• Contact me within 24 hours of delivery.

• Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description.

• I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement (if applicable) or provide store credit.
